Breakfast Smoothies

Let’s face it, not many of us have the time or energy to make breakfast every morning before work, let alone anything fancy that takes long to prepare. But that doesn’t mean you should skip it altogether or resign yourself to cereal and porridge during the week.

It’s important to have a good source of protein and nutrients in the morning. One of the best and quickest ways to do so is by making yourself a healthy and easy breakfast smoothie!

Below are our 5 favourite recipes which will have you feeling energised and ready to take on the day!  But don't take our word for it, give them a go!
