Refund policy

We are happy to offer store credit or exchange any items within 14 days of the original purchase. Items can be exchanged for another size, colour, or style as long as the item returned is unworn and in its original condition. Items that have been damaged, soiled, or worn will not be subject for exchange. Please only try swimwear on over underwear.

Items must be returned in the original packaging with the hygiene sticker still attached, Guava Babe tags attached, and in the zip lock bag. All exchanges will be inspected upon return. If there are any signs of wear or deodorant marks, fake tan, etc., you will not be able to exchange them. To have the pieces returned to you, you will be required to cover the cost of shipping. Unfortunately, we do not reimburse for the cost of return/exchange shipping costs. Guava Babe is limited edition swimwear, so we cannot guarantee sizes will be available when exchanging. If the size or style you want is not available, you will be given 100% store credit with no expiration date. Guava Babe does not cover customs duties or charges, which may apply depending on your country.

Contact us at hello@guavababe.com to start your exchange process. Please include your order number, reason for return, and we will send you the return shipping address (Sydney, Australia) once we allocate your Returns Authorisation number. We recommend using a tracked method of delivery. If the return does not reach us, then we will not be able to process the item. We endeavor to process all returns the same day that they arrive in our Sydney office.

Faulty Items - All of our styles are made with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that swimwear is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a  replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund.

Contact us at hello@guavababe.com Please follow the care instructions on the label to prolong the life of your garment, as we cannot fix colour fading, burring or pulling, lack of elasticity, fabric deterioration, colour running, or any other symptoms of normal wear and tear.
